Very nice renovated apartment in the countryside. It’s attached to the owner’s house but you have a private entrance and total privacy. Beautiful rural area with lots to see and do, especially if you want some peace and quiet. The nearest town is ten minutes away by car, so you can find places to eat and buy supplies, but businesses do close early, so plan ahead because once they’re closed there’s nowhere else to go. Also, there were no towels for our stay and when I asked the host about it after our stay, he said they’re available on request. So definitely request towels if you haven’t brought them with you. Also, even with GPS in our car, it was a little hard to find the house once we were in the area, so plan ahead and follow the host’s directions (which are in French). Check in was easy and the family was there to meet us and give us a quick tour. Not much English spoken, but wasn’t a problem as everything was pretty basic and straightforward. Overall, if you’re looking for a peaceful quiet place in the country, this is a great place to stay.
